Christian Ruth, Chairman and CEO Christian is founder and General Partner of Covenant Capital Holdings, a management company. Prior to founding Covenant, Mr. Ruth spent 12 years in the private equity, investment banking and venture industries and completed more than $25 billion in value creation for Fortune 500 companies and investors. Most recently, he was Vice-President at Platinum Equity, a $10 Billion buy-out firm, where he executed numerous transactions and provided strategic oversight on the operational boards of selected portfolio companies. Prior to Platinum, Mr. Ruth worked in the mergers and acquisitions departments of Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse First Boston, where he worked with large and mid-sized technology companies such as Yahoo, Microsoft, HP, Cisco, Nortel Networks and AMD, among others. Mr. Ruth attended Tulane University, and received his B.S. in Management and Accounting.
Joe Witte, Vice President Business Development, Prior to joining CentricSource Joe was the co-founder and COO at Guru Corporation, a highly successful internet start-up focused on providing SME business services including crowd sourced graphic and web services. Joe also founded one of the first major vertical ad networks, Travel Ad Network. While at Guru Corporation, he started CentricSource and gained significant traction before selling it off to Christian and Covenant Capital. Joe has extensive entrepreneurial, marketing and global business experience. He was an Army Captain in the Iraqi war and was awarded the Army Commendation Medal. He is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University. Joe has two beautiful daughters and enjoys playing tennis, and snowboarding.
Khurram Maqsood, Director Operations, Khurram brings over more than 2 decades of management experience out of which he spent 10+ years with a Fortune 500 Company in a senior position, which allowed him to show his ability to think strategically and implement tactically, achieving success within the constraints of available resources. Having worked in different roles, Khurram has performed in various key functions including technical operations management, sales/marketing, retail brand management, merchandising effectiveness, customer service excellence, and his exceptional strength in operations led him to the position of Operations Director at CentricSource which he has held successfully from the past 5 years. Khurram continues to show his leadership skills by managing day to day operations with a focus on continuous improvement, employee development and service excellence. He loves spending time with his family and friends and enjoys reading.
Laura Redmond, Client Service Manager, Laura’s professional and personal background has primarily been focused on leadership development and human resource management. Prior to joining CentricSource in 2008, Laura served as Operations Manager at American Express Financial for over 10 years where she led multiple locations. She was nominated and selected to serve on the National Operations Committee for American Express as a strategic partner for Leadership Development and recipient of the Prestigious President's award. Laura is very active in her community fundraising for the RCS Food Bank, sits on the Executive Board at her children’s school and is a member of the Junior League where she was an integral part of the creation and implementation of the current competency based Nominating Process used today throughout many Leagues. Laura enjoys most spending time with her husband and two children.
